My Journey to Healing & Light
Life has taken me on a path filled with both immense challenges and profound transformation. Raised in a strict fundamentalist household, I was not allowed to explore my own spirituality or question the world around me. When I chose to walk away from that faith, I lost the family I had known—but in that loss, I found something even greater: myself.
As a young mother, I faced the trials of raising children on my own, working multiple jobs to provide for them. My early years were marked by deep struggles, including separation from my mother and surviving experiences no child should endure. But through it all, there was always a light guiding me forward—an inner knowing that there was more to life than pain, that healing was possible, and that peace was waiting to be found.
In 2007, I discovered Reiki, and it was as if my soul finally exhaled. The energy, the connection, the serenity—it became a sacred part of my life. By 2010, I became a Reiki Master and Teacher, not only deepening my own healing but also helping others find their path to peace and self-discovery.
Now, my greatest joy is creating a safe, nurturing space where others can reconnect with their inner wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and step into their own light. I know what it’s like to feel lost, to seek answers, and to long for a sense of belonging. And I also know that healing is possible, that happiness is real, and that we are all meant to flourish.
I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey, holding space for your healing, your transformation, and your awakening to the limitless possibilities within you.
Your Journey Begins Here
From the moment you arrive...
As you pull into the driveway, you'll be welcomed into a peaceful space intentionally created to help you leave the outside world behind. There's no rush here. Take a deep breath. You've arrived.
I'll greet you warmly and invite you in. If this is your first visit, we'll spend a little time getting to know each other. This is your opportunity to share as much—or as little—as you'd like about what has brought you here. Some people have many questions. Others simply long for a quiet place to rest. Both are perfectly welcome.
When you're ready, we'll step into the Reiki room.
Soft lighting, calming music, and a cozy treatment table invite you to settle in. You'll be covered with a soft blanket, and we can adjust pillows or bolsters so you're completely comfortable. This is your time.
Before we begin, I'll gently explain what to expect so there are no surprises. There is nothing you need to do. You don't have to meditate, clear your mind, or even believe in Reiki. Simply allow yourself to rest.
As the session unfolds, you may notice warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotions gently rising and passing. Or you may simply feel peaceful. Every experience is unique, and every experience is enough.
When your session is complete, there is no hurry to get up. I'll give you a few quiet moments to return at your own pace. If you'd like, we'll visit about anything you experienced and I'll share any gentle impressions that came through during your session.
Then you'll step back into your day...
Hopefully feeling lighter.
